Oh, if you go to Copper Canyon you will not be sorry. I suggest it for “date night”, leave the kids at home and have a nice night out with your spouse. Their lava cake (dessert) is definitely delicious and will just melt in your mouth. Their duck is so tender, you will not need a knife. Also, be sure to try the cheesecake appetizer, it is quite elegant and a great start to what will definitely be a memorable meal.
