Review content:
I first discovered this business after my uncle died. My father wanted to buy a monument for the grave. So, I did some research and located Patten's. My parents were pleased with the work that was done and the price. Unfortunately, over the next few years, we had to use them for two of our babies. Both times the staff was caring and considerate, and offered us their sympathies. For our second monument, I did not see any designs that I liked, but I had one in mind, so I asked if they would do a custom design. They said they would, and I took in a picture of what I wanted. I was very pleased when I saw the monument a few weeks later, and it was even better than I had imagined it to be. They did not charge me extra to have the customer design. I called the store after viewing the monument (it was delivered right to the cemetery) and thanked them for the wonderful job. I could tell that they were truly happy that they had pleased us. I hope we do not have to use this business again for a very very long time, but I would recommend them to anyone.
