I took a class in interdemsional healing in July 2007. I got there early to test the vibes. Within 20 minutes every chakra and fiber of my being was vibrating. There was a short overview of interdemsional healing and then we were put right to work to practice it ourselves.(No time to fall asleep being taught all sorts of stuff that has little or no meaning, like some of the healing classes i've taken) Mare's favorite words are "no judgement" and she means it, so there was no room for questioning myself or others-well mostly myself. No judgement put my self consciousness aside and let the inner me do the work. Not only did I learn how to do this, but my fibromyalgia was healed at the same time. I highly recommend either going for interdemsional healing or taking the next class.
