Just don't even bother. Anywhere is better than this. Honestly!
Going here was a total waste of time. The ONLY good thing that I can say is that my son enjoyed playing on the big "camera" in their lobby.
We decided to go because I got a coupon in the mail for a promotion. So we went.
BAD IDEA! Since I have nothing good to say - let me be brief and summarize everything that was wrong
They overbooked - too many people for the same time slots - Not good cuz kids can't wait that long!
Not enough photographers
Once in - the "photographer" wasn't prepared - as if she's never done this before - or she was high
Pictures are taken with FILM!!!!! I think it was a 15 (or less) exposure roll of film
My son was too wound up from waiting so long. The first 15 shots were NOT good. There were no retakes. What they get is what you get.
Photographer not good with kids - or she was high
Pictures ready in about an hour - but it was too long of a wait to see this crap.
Pictures not centered, poorly cropped, soft focus, out of focus, cheap paper. And this is what I had to pick from. Just crap!~ Maybe the photographer was high
They even take the privilege of making an 8 x 10 and FRAMING it for you! What a joke.
I complained to the store manager. Didn't care.
I called their corp headquarters and left two messages. No one called me back. Called again and and got a woman on the phone who took my complaint. I never heard back from anyone. I want my $$ back.
I'm still angry at how poorly we were treated.
Overpriced sh#t. Just bad. Stay away. ZERO STARS
