Review content:
We used this company for our gutters years ago and they were on time, quick to do the job and professional. We called their headquarters in Beacon Falls each time. The were reasonably priced and even honored a quote they gave us from the year before !! I felt they did a good job with gutters. This year we asked for a quote on an addition and first of all..it took three weeks to actually get the quote - told it would take one week, had to call twice before our call was returned asking where the quote was (claimed it was mailed....never got it). When we did finally get the quote --- it was three times higher than other reputable companies in the area. I feel they've gone downhill with their customer service which was so great in the past..perhaps they've grown too much. Lacking in the professionalism that we knew in the past.
