My girlfriend actually works for them. She told me 18 months beforehand that they were having an escorted cruise. This would be door to door. As it was going to be our 25th wedding anniversary my husband agreed to go.
They billed us in several payments making it easy to find the money. We got our schedule in plenty of time. We were also given our book to fill in our details to save time when boarding.
They were helpful with customs and making sure that every one had a good time.
We had problems with a hurricane and they managed to get a bus to pick us up at a different location. This saved us being transported by the cruise people to our original point and then having to get off the bus and having another ride.
Even though we didn't have a good time it certainly wasn't the fault of this company. Cruise Emporium went the extra mile all the way.
Located on US 19 close to Ranch Road. If you are in the market for a cruise then this is the company for you.
