Review content:
I can recommend this Dr's office because I have seen the Dr., & 2 Physician's Assistants here. All 3 of the men here treat you very professionally and are very courteous.
I especially have always been impressed by their ability to listen well. A good bedside manner goes a long way in making a great Dr. (or PA). These guys have it where it counts & they never make you feel stupid or intimidated (as a woman), when you are describing a sensitive problem or issue. They also never make you feel rushed or like you're a number. They treat you like a person. They also try to provide you with lots of medicine samples which saves you money.
I was very sad when my insurance didn't have them listed anymore & I had to seek out another Dr's office to get coverage on my HMO. If our insurance ever gets them back on the list, you'd better believe I'll be back in their patient list.
I've never had a problem with the front office either. Getting in for appointments is not usually a problem. They will squeeze you in same day where possible, (although they are busy because they are so good.) Maybe the only downside is sometimes having to wait a while to see someone, but it's worth it to me to receive good treatment & care.
The front office takes your co-pay or payment at the time of visit & files insurance for you if necessary. After your insurance pays them, if there's anything left, they bill you, but they try to avoid billing as much as possible because this keeps costs down.
I should also mention there is ample parking outside & even a pharmacy with a drive thru attached to the building in case you want your meds in a hurry.
