I found the wedding dress I wanted online & New Best Fashions was listed as a retailer. I called them & asked what size the sample was & they said "size 12" - I get there & it's a size 10. Only a simple mistake I thought, so we order the dress & put a depost (in August) & was told it would be ready in Nov. I called in November & was told "we will call you back"...a week goes by & I call again only to be told "we will call you back" - after finally getting a retun phone call I was told the order was NEVER placed. So now in November they finally place the order to be delivered in January. In Jan after many calls mostly to an answering machine we are told the dress is here ! I go to try it on & it's the wrong size. I ordered a 12 (in August) but New Best took it upon themselves to order me a 14 ! There is no time to order another dress in the correct size so now I need to take this dress in more than a whole size...maybe they were trying to jack up the price of the fitting since it's not included in the price of the dress - I don't know but I took my dress & left...after all these problems I can't trust them with my alterations.
