I’ve been going to Cap City since it opened over ten years ago, I always find good food and good price with a serve staff that knows what they are doing. The Maytag potato chips are to die for, seriously my friend orders them for lunch and eats them all by herself, she won’t share. Their salmon dishes are always done well and my dad says that sometimes he dreams of their meatloaf. All in all a good place, but I have to say, I would be okay if they shook up their menu a little bit, having been their so often, I would like their fine chefs to try something new occasionally. Definitely if you haven’t been, go, and call ahead as there seems to always be a wait.
