A couple of years ago my organization gave a spa party here, very well organized and appreciative of the other clients who too enjoyed themselves we had snacks, water and a very relaxing time. Recently, I had a massage, and pedi for my birthday. The experience was quite warm and friendly. The waiting area is comfy with water and snacks, although I did feel slightly awkward sitting there in my robe. I don't remember who I had for my massage, but she was great - it took me a little while to get back into my body afterwards, I was floating actually I fell asleep.
Cons: Parking, it's a very active street with meters we had to park
