I JUST WENT TO BEST BUY THIS WEEK WITH A NEIGHBOR TO HELP HER PICK OUT A FLAT SCREEN TV. THE EMPLOYEES WERE VERY COURTEOUS AND HELPFUL. THEY ANSWERED ALL OUR QUESTIONS AND WERE VERY HONEST ABOUT CERTAIN BRANDS. ALTHOUGH IT CAN BE VERY LOUD IN THIS STORE THE PRICES ARE GREAT AND THEY HAVE ALL THE NEWEST MERCHANDISE IN ELECTRONICS. BEST BUY IS LOCATED IN THE WAL-MART PLAZA IN NEW HARTFORD.
