when i finally DID get my food it was ice cold. inclusing the chicken chunks which is really disturbing. forget getting a drink even if you order it - it will never make it to you let alone down your throat - the icey food should be refreshment enough! slow service and long wait kills your appetite but the cold food is extremly odd because i dont understand what they are doing taking so long if they are just dumping stuff from the fridge onto your plate! ridiculous place i would never go again!
