Review content:
They cancel appointments at the expense of the customer. As I was pulling into the parking lot I got a call from the front desk telling me that they were cancelling my appointment. I got 3 different versions as to why they could not cut my hair. No manager on duty to explain, the stylist could not even come out & tell me because she was running late on another customer which was going to overlap on 2 of her appointments, that is why I got bumped. She did finish in time to happily greet the appointment that was scheduled after my cancelled hair cut. Thanks viziato for treating a 2 and half year customer like a walk-in. I would not recommend their services at all - go to a different spa this one doesn't know how to account for time.
