Where do I start ?
First, the girls at the front. What are they ? The solid gold dancers ? They have the personality of a ROCK.. not even that. When I go there the girl with long dark hair at the front is always on her phone, or on the internet. I have seen her put someone on hold while she talks to another staff member about what they are going to do that night. I was there and there is some loud and annoying girl who claims to be their creative director, what was creative I have NO idea. She talked about herself and how bad this economy is doing for the whole time I was there. The staff is either talking about how bad their personal life is or about each other.
I overheard a few of them talking about how their paychecks are no good, so they have to find somewhere to cash them. What a sad thing to hear. Makes me want to tell all my friends to use their gift certificates soon.
The only thing positive is they have a few good massage therapists. I will tell everyone I talk to, to go somewhere different. They can get a much better service from a different place other than here.
I have tried to call and personally talk to the owner who for some reason can never be reached. Seems to me he could care less about his so called guests.
So, please do yourself a favor and go somewhere that is professional. Great Clips or Hairmasters is a better deal.
