Review content:
Carrabba's has a menu different than most Italian restaurants, and they take pride in this. I have had nearly everything on the menu and I have not had one single bad meal. The Mama Mandola's Sicilian Chicken Soup is spectacular and the bowl is as big as a trough. The distinguishing factor in all this, however, the service. You can go just about anywhere and get good Italian food, but no where else I have dined takes such good care of me and my friends. We started coming to this place casually and have been coming back every Friday for Happy Hour for over a year. And their Happy Hour is unmatched in Boise, let me assure you. Everyone, from the management down to the busboys are all focused on meeting the needs of the customer. And making a friend at the same time.
