Review content:
I have been to Balance Day Spa a handful of times over the past few years. I usually have a wonderful experience. Most of the massage therapists are very good. The last time I went, the massage therapist was so rough, I was sore for several days afterwards. I was very disappointed with that visit. Perhaps I will try them again in the future, but I may be more inclined to go someplace else. I would not try the "medical massage" technique again, for certain!
