Review content:
I went to Qui Si Bella for an upper lip wax and a back 'facial.' I left with a bit of skin torn off my upper lip and 14 big welts on my back with the skin broken! Everything scabbed over and took over a week to heal. Meanwhile I had to explain to my friends why I had a big scab on my lip, and it looked like I had a mouth sore - gross! I spent a day at the beach that weekend and was really embarrassed by all the large scabs on my back. This is totally unprofessional. They didn't charge me for my lip waxing, but refused to give me a refund for the back 'facial'. The owner did, however, offer that I could come in and she'd give me some "magic lotion" that would make my wounds heal. Um... no thanks! I'll never go back there again. There are lots of other great spas in Santa Barbara, so there's no reason to waste your money at this one.
