Review content:
We are more than disappointed with this company.
They came out to appraise the job and were very friendly. However, when we scheduled the appointment, the following week, the night before they were supposed to come, they called to reschedule, apparently due to the high volume of down trees from recent storms. They rescheduled for 2 days later - today. We agreed to let them reschedule as long as we did not get rescheduled again which they assured us would not happen.
I have been waiting this morning for them and they are now 1.5 hrs late, have not called, and don't answer any of their phones.
You judge for yourself.
Just an update.... almost 2.5 hrs later, we finally got in touch with someone after we called the office numerous times and I even tracked down his home phone number and left a message there. We told him that it was very disappointing that not only had they rescheduled us for their own schedule, and we had tried to accommodate them on very short notice, but also it is unacceptable that they did not even call. The owner is a nasty man. The end result was that we canceled the service and want to make sure that everyone knows what they are getting into when they sign up to work with this company.
