I LOVE this place! Have been going here since my now 12yo was born. It has changed over the years, though, and for the better, in my opinion. Used to be you had to pick out a package and might have gotten more pics, or less, than you wanted. Now, you can create your package, with whatever size pictures and as many as you want of any picture you want. That's great! They have a club you can join that allows you forego the sitting fee of $14.95 for each person (limit is 2 that can be charged that fee) and allowed you to schedule an appointment; however, now appointments are allowed for those that are not in the club. That's another HUGE good improvement. The photographers are nice when doing the pictures but when at the front desk, some just aren't there with you, mentally. They seem to be off, thinking about other things, just hanging out, chatting on the phone. This business is located right outside Kohls, in Macomb Mall. Park at Kohls and walk through that business to get to it. There's a dollar store next to it so perhaps you could bribe the kids to cooperate with a trip there after!! Prices are in line, and a bit cheaper, than other studios.
