Great place. Quiet area (Graveyard across the street)
Neighbors normally aren't rowdy. Expect to pay high rent but heat and water is included.
Dog poop everywhere from dogwalkers not cleaning up from their pooches. Trash strewn as there is no cleaning person for outside areas.
Safe place. Manager on site during the day. Maintenance worker responds quickly to calls.
