Review content:
We had the need to replace a broken torsion spring on out 2 car garage door. 1st business (rhymes with "Berry") came out, replaced it...and that was it...problems then started happening with short excursion, uneven closures, etc. calls to the business were unproductive...(the chiclet informed us to "call the manufacturer" to get advice on how to adjust the motor...). this was unproductive, and the problems persisted. Anco was called prior to the onset of winter. a young man came that afternoon...(what we thought was a cigarette in his mouth was actually a straw he was chawing on...heh heh)...he assessed the ENTIRE mechanism, saw that the spring was unbalanced due to uneven torquing of one side, he adjusted the ENTIRE tracking, motor, cable, wheels and even lubricated them all within an hour...he also gave us excellent preventative maintenance advice and information....also left an unobtrusive sticker with an emergency number near the opener. VERY please with the results, demeanor and professionalism of this particular worker.(!)
