I started taking various automobiles to this establishment about 12 years ago...everything from a Toyota 4 Runner, Lexus LS 400, Porsches (944T, 911), and various "soccer mom vans". The owner (Joseph) was able to quite accuratley diagnose the problem over the phone just from my description of the problems. In most all cases, I saved a great deal over what the dealers quoted me for the same repairs. Here is the caveat...I was advised on several occasions on the futility of certain repairs as well as educated on proper preventive maintenance of other vehicles. In only one instance did I have an issue, I encountered a mechanic at the License bureau 2 days after I left a vehicle for diagnosis and repairs...seems he was using our van for his private transportation... fortunately, this person is no longer employed there and I have strong confidence in this Garage and the straight shooter owner.
