Honestly I believe the people that are writing the "good" reviews are either the owners themselves or people that have been paid by them all of my experiences with them were negative. they don't value input from their employees, they don't truly care for the animals, their only concern truly is the money. If you doubt what I'm saying sit outside their store for a while listen to how they speak to their employees and the pets that go through their store when they believe no one is around
