in a word: horrid! i used to take my dog to day care here, despite the bad reviews i've read. a couple of months ago i showed up early to pick up my dog to hear someone YELLING at the dogs to "SHUT UP!". excuse me? isn't this a doggie day care? this "spa" is supposed to be upscale? try low budget. the dogs don't get to run around and play, they are stuck in tiny rooms and yelled at if they bark! the place is a mess with retail propduct everywhere! my dog is also afraid of the new groomer, Tina. i wonder why? i know of two other people who had similar experiences with this spa and won't go there again. do yourself a favor and take your best friend to Doggie Daycare on Lighthouse just a couple of blocks away. the owner is a true animal lover and will treat your pooch like her own. Pros: cute decor Cons: expensive, not fun for the dogs, not true animal lovers, just in it for the money
