Review content:
First of all, the owner is a greedy women only concerned with how she can profit and screw others over. When you first go into the store located in Cannery Row, it looks like a typical tourist oriented & over priced shop. But once you walk further in, you realize it is absolutely stupid. A dog jacket for $300 or a dog bed for over $350... are you kidding me. The owner seems nice at first, and so does her lazy young male employee, but when they are to busy reading or talking on the phone to even bother looking at you, you get the idea that you could steal all the juicy couture charms and not even get the workers attention. There was a very nice young lady working there for a while in March 2008, and I honestly looked at how hard she was working (cleaning, organizing) when I was sitting on a bench along the bike path that the store is next to, it now appears she isnt working there anymore... I wouldnt be surprised since everyone else that works there is a lazy and selfish money hungry person. The products are not that great, I bought a exspensive leather collar there and it broke after a few weeks of taking my dog for a walk. The store is aimed for stupid tourists trying to fit in with the "pebble beach lifestyle" of pampering their pets, but the trth is, you would have to be knocked out and drugged to even be in the right state of mind to buy a $4.00 dog cookie that flies have been crawling over for days, or a $225 dog collar with REAL GOLD COLORED PAINT on the charm. Joanne (the owner) never returns calls regarding orders and the people she hires for the spa have no more experience then a 5 year old kid. ITS A JOKE and they are playing a pretty good joke on you if you actually do business with them. I would bring your dog to Doggie Day care on Central Avenue if you need a daycare and try a store like PetsMart or petco if you are looking for dog products or a groomer.
Pros: good place to waste your money
Cons: not worth the annoyance of trying to find a parking spot, the store isnt worth it
