I had a good yet sad visit when I needed to see Shakespeare Vet Hospital. My pet was very sick and the doctor that I saw was very compassionate. She tried to save him but we ended up putting him to sleep. She had tears in her eyes as I left and about 1 week later I ended up getting a sympathy card from her. The only reason that I stopped going is because this wonderful vet moved out of state. I have since found someone else equally good. I should mention that when I asked how much I owed they didn't charge me! Front office staff was very nice as well.
