Review content:
The Elsmere library located on Spruce Avenue is a small library with a friendly staff. They had a good selection of books despite their small size. You are also able to transfer books from other New Castle County libraries to be picked up at the Elsmere location. The Elsmere library also offers internet capabilities to its members. You are allowed up to two hours of internet time on the computers they have their. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly. The library also offers members dvds and cds to take out in addition to its many books
