My experience with Pedi Care Pediatrics has always been a pleasant one. Dr. Laugel who also happens to be the medical director of this practice is very friendly, knowlegable, loving, caring and thorough. I can honestly say that Dr's. Mongillo, Georgelas, Rivelli, and Johnson have the knowlege and expertise as Dr. Laugel, but my only concern is the Doctor who Pedi Care took on a short time ago. Although quiet and soft spoken to the children, he is extremely rude and has been to me on several occasions. One time I brought my son in to see him concerning an ear ache. I also wanted to discuss his behavior recently and when he was examing him I stated that I would like to discuss my son with him after the sick child visit. His response to me "It is not in my schedule to discuss this today!!!!!" If he simply did not have the time all he had to do was tell me so and then get back to me. Another time I went to Pedi Care and was given an appointment with this doctor. He was very rude to me again and interrupted me a few times while I was trying to get my point across to him about my daughter. I Love Pedi Care but will be adamant when I do call for an appointment, that I will never see this new doctor again.
