Review content:
I have been going to CURE for the last 2 years. I have continued to frequent this place for a few key reasons -
1. The staff have always been warm and friendly to me. When I come in they greet me enthusiastically, ask about the newest goings on in my life, but DON'T talk my ear off during my whole mani and pedi.
2. Because CURE is an eco-friendly place, there are no hard chemicals (like acrylic nail stuff) in the spa. Therefore, when you are there you don't inhale toxic fumes. CURE even hosts a Mom's Night on Wednesdays where moms can bring their babies because there are no harmful products used.
3. Free COSMOS on Fridays and Saturdays (and for me pretty much any day). What's not to love about a free cocktail while I get my manicure on?
In short, I love CURE. It's right in the heart of Emeryville 5 minutes from my office AND there's always parking.
Pros: Tranquil environment, great leg massages from Julie, and awesome services (like spray tanning)
Cons: A little off the beaten path, but well worth it (and there's free parking)
