I paid $900 for a new mattress and they gave me a FLOOR MODEL! When I called the store I bought it from and asked to speak to someone who could help me, they told me that the floor model wasn't actually a floor model! There was a FLOOR MODEL stamp on the tag! No one helped me, and when I contacted Sealy, they told me that the stamp voided my warranty.
I would NOT recommend this company to ANYONE! They won't give me my money back or anything, after giving me something I paid money for! I paid for a NEW mattress, not a floor model!
What a lying sack of **** company! They should be shut down!
Pros: Nothing! They are liars and theives!
Cons: They give you used and floor model mattresses!
