Just to let you know, my family and I have been regulars here since 2003. We usually dine at Punjab Sweets almost twice a month from Tacoma, and always enjoy the food and service. The owners have known us for years now and treat us like family and never fail to greet us with smiles and give my little daughter a free dessert when we go there. We love this place not only because it serves real food, but because the prices are reasonable (most expensive dish is $8), we enjoy the warm atmosphere (they recently just remodeled and it looks great), and most of all everything just tastes excellent. My wife loves the parothas, while I go for the channa bhattoora and samosay! I would agree that they do take quite a bit of time preparing everything, but I think if the taste wasn't worth the wait we would have stopped commuting from Tacoma all these years. Quite honestly, though this is probably their biggest complaint. We know the routine, so we just take things to occupy the kids with until the food is ready. I would definitely recommend you try this family place. You won't be disappointed! Pros: Fresh authentic flavors, love the colors and decorations inside Cons: Take time to serve the food
