Review content:
We recently headed down to Kent to try the food after we saw the Seattle Weekly cover awhile back. We were excited to try the sweets and the food, so we ordered the sampler, palak paneer, daal, and the mango shake. The food was absolutely delicious and we could taste that it was prepared fresh in the back. I am not a big fan of plain yogurt, however, the bowl that was included with the meal was very sweet and I actually finished half the bowl!
The sweets (I don't remember the names!) were very colorful and pleasing to the eye, and it was difficult to choose which to try and box for home. However, the owner was very patient and helpful in suggesting the items to choose. We liked the juicy donut holes the best!!! They were so fresh and tasty, we actually took home several boxes for some of our friends in Seattle.
We will definitely be visiting soon.
Pros: Excellent homestyle food, fresh ingredients, cozy
Cons: the drive to Kent..?
