I have used Armstrong Computer one or two times before to remove a virus/clean up my desktop. When the man arrived he did a thorough and fast job and had my issued resolved within an hour. 2 Weeks ago my old Dell crashed and would not work properly or boot. I called Brandi(I think was her name) at Armstrong Computer and she was very polite and setup a same day appointment. The technician was very professional and was able to explain to me in terms that I understood what the problem was. I was given several options for repair and but I did not have to pay for the visit because they offer a free consultation until you decide what you want to do. I have been wanting an upgraded model so I decided that instead of paying for service on the old machine that need lots of work to purchase a new one instead. I saved 300 over a newspaper ad that I saw for an identical setup, in addition to not having to pay for the assessment of my old broken Dell. They even got me back online until the new pc arrived. It only took 2 days to have my new stuff, and I was also given a free delivery/setup to copy my old stuff to the new one! I am very happy with my purchase and will continue to use and recommend their services.
