This is a great realtor! We went to her when we bought our first house about 5 years ago and loved Gail Howard. She helped us all through the questions you have being a first time buyer. Now we just bought another house and we called on her again. This time a little bit more tricky with having to sell a house but she was very patient with us. If we ever move somewhere in Milwaukee again we will call her!
