Review content:
Over the past few years, I've taken quite a few classes at KVCC and I've been very impressed by the value they offer in their classes. The counselors make it very easy to understand what classes transfer to other colleges and most of the instructors focus on making sure you understand the material rather than just getting test questions correct. The full-time staff is great there, but their part-time staff can be hit-or-miss. I would definitely check a site such as ratemyprofessors.com or get a recommendation from a student when taking classes with a part-time staff member. The Texas Township campus has a great area called The Commons for relaxing and lounging between classes with it's own small coffee shop. Plus, they have a great new fitness center free to anyone taking a class there. Not bad for less than $60 a credit/hr.
