I made one appointment one and a half month in advance. Two days before my appointment, they called me and cancelled my appointment. I proceeded to make another appointment for two months later and this is what happened:
I went in and waited for about an hour before the called me in. When I was finally called, had my x-rays done then waited another 40 mins before the doctor came to see me. The doctor saw me for 15 mins then told me that she did not have time to clean my teeth (even though I had made an appt. to do so).
Not to mention that I went in with my husband who by the end of the two hours still had not been seen even though he had the same appt. time as I did.
ALL THIS and the fact that they were not even making any effort to keep the equipment clean while seeing me. They have gloved hands when they touch my mouth. After touching my mouth with my germs on it, they touch the light/x-ray/EVERYTHING else in the office. Now if they do this with everyone, it essentially means that everyone in the office is exposed to everyone else. This is not aseptic technique and they can get people really sick with the spreading of germs.
