Review content:
I got my boss a gift card and now she can't use it. No one will be getting their money back due to the fine print. If you bought the card on the web like I did. The website said NO REFUNDS on gift cards. So, i'm sure there was something in the spa as well. She is not the only person or business that was affected by hurricane IKE. So, she should at least try to make right by this. She was a poor business owner and used IKE and our money to get out from under her problem. Everytime we would call to make an appointment we always had to leave a message. Then we never got a return call. You could never go in as a walk-in because the spa was always closed. I wish I would have saved my money because who calls a business anyways and never talks to a real person. Should have know when I got the run around something like this would happen.
