Im one of thoes gals that loves to go to spas. So my family and I stayed down in Kemah one weekend and I found the Boardwalk day spa on line. For one it was so hard to make a appointment with them. I got the answer machine all the time. When I arrived the door was locked and I had to ring a doorbell. I thought that was odd considering I thought by law that you have to keep the door open during business hours. Plus it made me feel unwelcome!! When I got there the technicians were real nice and the spa was pretty and clean. Which was a plus. But the facial was very short. She got up and left a couple times and came back like she was taking care of other people too.(she wasnt getting products for my facial) Then when I was getting my massage, somebody walked in a few times. Im not modest at all but to have someone keep walking in my session made me uncomfortable and forget that Im trying to relax and enjoy my massage. So after everything I didnt feel BRAND NEW like I normally do!!!
Pros: Pretty spa but
Cons: services were terrible!!!
