I had got a gift certificate for my birthday to the Boardwalk day spa. I was really excited until I called to make a appointment and got a rude answering service. I called back a days later and got their answering service and left a message. I didnt get a call back till 3 days later on my answering machine because I was at work. When I tried to call back it was the same thing again. THE ANSWERING MACHINE!!! You can never get anyone on the phone. You have to wait till they call back!!! That is not good customer service. I want to be able to call a business and talk to someone NOT A ANSWERING MACHINE. So I never went because I cant wait on their phone call back!!!!
Pros: Dont have any
Cons: THEY NEED A RECEPTIONIST TO ANSWER THE PHONE!!!
