Review content:
The food and atmosphere were exceptional, but customer service was the worst I have seen in a long time. Food was NOT delivered in a timely fashion (the least to say), and paying was a nightmare!! Not only did it take 30 min to bring the tabs, but after taking another 30 min to run the payments, the waitress comes back with wrong receipts, missing credit cards, and messed up orders. When asked to speak to a manager she replied "No, I will deal with you later"-- Again, I enjoyed the atmosphere , but I would think twice about handing over my credit card info to such place. No one was courteous about the fact that a regular dinner turned into a 3 hr nightmare!! Needless to say, I would not be dining there again, nor do I recommend this place to anyone who expects decent service.
