Review content:
The atmosphere was unique and the food was delicious. Unfortunately, the atmosphere and the food could not make up for the bad customer service. Although we had reservations, the staff was unprepared. We waited an unreasonable time for our food (almost an hour) while some of us didn't even get some of the stuff we ordered. The servers were not courteous enough to apologize for the delay or to keep us updated on the status of our order. Moreover, we waited at least a half hour for our checks, after which we waited another half hour or so to get our credit cards back. it is unfortunate that the servers were too rude to treat us with respect and the manager was too uninterested to resolve the delay. Delicious food is great, but good customer service is a must! Unfortunately, they failed in that respect.
