Review content:
I am a regular visitor of Divan. I took a first date there on Friday night. 1st of all if you are taking a date make sure you have a reservation. It is hard to get a table on weekends. We had a bottle of Pinot Noir and warm goat cheese as an appetizer. I had the roasted lamb chops and my date had the short ribs. For dessert we shared a pomegranate Creme Brulee, strawberry hookah, and Turkish coffee. As a world traveler, who knows a lot about Middle Eastern culture and food, Divan is just a good restaurant, where you can relax and get some amazing food. But, for my date, the experience was out of this world. We opened up our conversation about food, wine, and culture of the Middle East. I felt like, I had a lot to say about the culture and food while we were smoking the hookah. Long conversation on the first date is always a good sign and Divan is the spot for it. Pros: Hookah, good food, international wine and beer selection, relaxing sofas
