I have been to Roux twice now- and can't say enough good things about the restaurant. The highlight is the service. When asking about an entree you get a description worthy of a gourmet magazine. Our waiter last night was well versed in the food as well as the wine list. We had a person with dairy allergies- this was handled expertly. In fact they went above and beyond to provide an appropriate dessert. The food is amazing. I'll spread the word!
