Review content:
The Borders that used to be located on Artesia has now been moved into the Cerritos Town Centre plaza. Fret not however, because the Borders there is now better than ever! Before it had only one floor... now there are two stories with a cafe and elevator located on the second floor. I really think this was a change for the better. You should give it a try, its in a new building and everything after the rennovations on the CTC (Cerritos Town Centre).
