Review content:
I can see this place shutting down real soon. The owners have started micro-managing and many of the good employees have left. The customer is no longer valued. The owner's wife is completely out of line when it comes to treating your customers friendly. We were wine club members until the owners wife gave us a hard time. Then she wouldn't release us from the membership after we bought our last club purchase. The rules and policies were changing on a daily basis. I give it a few weeks before this place goes down. At the start, it was great. The other wine club members were also great. It used to be a great place to take the wife for a tasting and meet with good friends. But prices started skyrocketing, service became lousy, and the club benefits went out the door before we didm However, our committment to buy 2 bottles of wines at $ to $10 over BevMo prices was to remain. Very sad to see a great business ran into the ground!
