Businiess name:  Target

Target on Siegen was the first Baton Rouge area Target store (Lafayette's had one for a long time), and maybe that's why I prefer it over the new Millerville Road location. This store is huge. They have groceries, probably about 1/4 of the store is dedicated to groceries...but I find their selection and prices are slightly inferior to Wal-Mart. They have a cafeteria (my kids insist on getting an icee every trip). They have a Starbucks, too. Nice deli, a small fresh doughnut and pastry area. Lots of fresh meat and I haven't had any problems with theirs (though I have at Wal-Mart). Target's pharmacy is wonderful. The staff is very friendly and helpful, and if you coming during a weekday, aside from lunchtime, they can get you filled in 10 minutes. Target has great quality kids' clothes at very reasonable prices. Their electronics department is nice, lots of videos (though they don't have the bins of $5.50 DVDs that you can get at Walmart), lots of video games. Nice outdoor department, too. What Target is MOST fun for, is end-cap trolling. Target puts discounted items on some of the end-cap displays. They discount at 30%, 50%, and 75% off price points and scatter these items throughout the store. Sometimes they'll keep the items on their regular shelf position, so it doesn't hurt to just scan down aisles looking for red clearance tags. But be sure to check the endcaps closest to the walls of the store, particularly in the back. You never know what you'll find! Also, make sure you utilize the self-scanners in the store, as sometimes items are cheaper than marked. The store is always clean, very well-lit, and the staff is friendly and helpful. There's a red light to help you get into and out of the parking lot quickly, which helps because this is a high traffic area (near the interstate). I love Target stores for their quality and prices, and this particular Target is my favorite BR store.
