Review content:
I've always hated dentists. My distrust of them came in my early teens, when I visited one dentist who said I had 3 cavities...then a few months later, another dentist who said I had none. Who to believe? How could that be? So, I put off seeing a dentist again for about 15 years. By then, as you can imagine, my mouth was MESSED UP. I don't know how it was I heard of Dr. Hebert, but somehow I ended up in his office, and I've been a patient ever since...about 10 years now. Dr. Hebert is friendly and kind, and he's sensitive to the anxieties of his patients. He spends plenty of time with you, explaining your x-rays and the different procedures, and answering all of your questions. He's soft-spoken and not intimidating in the least. And he must be pretty nice to work for, because I think he has the same staff he had 10 years ago! They are moving soon to the new Central Professional Plaza off Sullivan Road, but at the time of this writing they're still in an older building off Hooper Road, just outside of Central. One thing I will add in case it helps someone -- Dr. Hebert doesn't do extractions on kids under 8 or 9, but his partner, Dr. Henderson, does. If you're looking for a dentist, give Dr. Hebert a try...and tell him I sent you! :)
