Review content:
This is a very nice clean well set up furniture store, it is very classy and all employees are all very clean in appearance, however the prices fit the situation. In my experience the prices that they offer their furniture for are high. The only way it would be affordable to purchase furniture the them is at sale prices, and unfortunately the appliances and they offer are lower quality. In 7 years time I purchased two washers, a stove, refrigerator, and recently a dryer from them. Due to the lack of choices in town in the past. We have had very bad luck with one of the washers, making it necessary to purchase another, and the stove. We recently purchased a dryer and it had a dent in it when it was delivered it took 3 months to get them to put a new face on it. They took forever to get someone to call us back to make arrangements to get it fixed, when they finally did the service guy did not show up for the appointment he made with us. He did not call or anything to let us know what happened. We had to go back and bug them a total of 4 times to get them to finally send someone to fix it and they were somewhat smug when we went in to address the problem,despite trying to be nice and patient about the situation. If there is other places to make purchases at least for appliances, I would definitely recommend going somewhere else!
