I had a terrible experience with this contractor. Come to find out, this contractor has been taken to court over 50 times. He is in poor standing with a respected business bureau. He has numerous complaints against him with the State of Connecticut and is under investigation. He has had his license taken away once before years ago. He was also on the news for scam busters because he is known to take advantage of the elderly. Worst workmanship I have ever seen. When I told him that he needed to fix his poor work he yelled and bullied me. He wrote in a new contract that he would fix the work and he never did. By talking to many other contractors, I found out that he has a terrible reputation and has cost many people thousands of dollars. Do your homework. Look up all complaints with the State of Connecticut. I wish I had before he ruined my driveway and yard. This contractor goes by a few different names: Community Backhoe Service, CBS Paving, Community Excavation Service, and CBS Community Backhoe Service. He also uses different addresses so be careful.
