While the prices aren't as good as you can find at maybe Wal-Mart if you look really hard, the selection is far more expansive and most of the staff is quite knowledgeable in their department. The camera department could use a bit more of an experienced photographer to deal with the cameras and equiptment, as I was far more knowledgeable than he was and I'm only an amateur. The staff was very friendly and the lines moved quickly, even during Christmastime. I wish they'd stop the high pressure sales with the scam of an insurance offer they try to push. Having been lucky enough to know a few employees, I wouldn't reccommend buying the insurance unless it's on a high price item (IPOD, Computer, Big Screen...etc) and make sure to read through the plan to make sure you know what NOT to tell them that might void out your ability to get a replacement. Other than that, they're a great store. Very convenient.
